Kelly shocks me everytime I see her. Yesterday I took her out after being in her stall for over a week and let her go run around in the big arena whilest I chat with the ladies and get her snacks. She hates plastic bags and mud with evil shiny looking water but my Kelly can do parades without batting an eye. We had a productive if not frustrating at first lesson which ended in me getting rave reviews for tracking my barrels at a trot. Yay! So I am putting Kelly and myself into the Norco xmas parade this weekend. I just got to get her hyper use to the sound of bells and shiny. Not sure how I am going to dress her up yet. By the by, in talking with Kimberly I learned something about one of her Egyptian Arabs. Shatal, a 4 yr old bayish gelding is a total sweetheart! He's bigger boned than the other Arabs she has, will be taller eventually but wants to be someone's horse.
